Q2: Input size of waste tire?

A: Tire powder and tire chips , So it needs shredder and crusher.
Q3: What are the end products of pyrolysis line if the input material is waste tyre?

A: 40-45% Oil, 30-35% carbon black,15% steel wire, 5-10% no condensable gas.
Big truck tire can produce more oil, little car tires produce less oil.
Q4: What are the applications of oil and carbon black?

A: (1) Oil application: fuels for boiler; refining to diesel.
(2) Carbon black application: reinforcement agent for tire and other rubber products; pigment for plastic.
Q5: Could your pyrolysis machine truly achieve continuous operation?

A: Yes, We are top supplier of continuous pyrolysis plant in China.

We could provide existing customer’s plant for your site visit. In China we have a lot of running

machines. They are all running well. Some machines are running about 7 years. Few suppliers can show it for you.
Q6: What's your delivery time after payment?

A: About 2-3 months.
Q7: How many operators do you need to operate the pyrolysis equipment?

A: It needs 3 labors/shift;
24 hours 3 shift; you need 9 operators and 1 machinist and 1 production manager.
Q8: What’s the capacity range?

A: 30 tons per day; 60 tons per day; And even 90 tons per day.
Q9: The Space Requirement for the pyrolysis line?

A: The workshop of pyrolysis section is 40m*10m*8m, which is excluding Big Cooling Tank Outside. The pyrolysis line also can be customized according to clients workshop space.
Q10: Running power per hour?

A: About 70kwh per hour.
Q11: How much oil for starting the pyrolysis line?

A: About 500KG oil.

Then no need other fuels.

The no condensable gas produced by the pyrolysis plant will be used as fuel to heat reactor.
Q12: This tire pyrolysis produces pollution for the air?

A: No.

Tire Pyrolysis is not burning. Burning tires produces a lot of dust and dioxin and much CO2. Pyrolysis will not.

Because there is no O2 in the reactor during pyrolysis process, the tires will not burning. The tires will become oil gas when we heat the reactor.

Tire pyrolysis produces about 45% oil, 35% carbon black, 15% steel, 5% gas. The 5% gas will not discharge into air. It will be used as fuel to heat the reactor. So it just produce much less pollution compared with burning.

Our pyrolysis plant is also is equipped with advanced smoke clean system to deal with the smoke produced by the burning of no condensable gas.
Q13: How long can I get the investment back??

A: Within one year if the waste tire is cheap in your country.
Q14: Will you arrange engineer to our site for installation?

A: Our engineers are skilled and experienced. They have been to many places to install machines and train workers.
