Continuous Waste Tire Pyrolysis Plant Enters Installation Phase; Project Progressing According to Plan
Recently, a unit of the company's continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant officially entered the installation phase at the client's site. Utilizing rubber powder as feedstock, this unit is a key model in the company's continuous pyrolysis product line. Currently, the hoisting of the main structure and the positioning of auxiliary systems are proceeding in an orderly manner in accordance with the construction plan.

Equipment Specifications and Process Route
The continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant currently being installed corresponds to the company's "Continuous Drum Pyrolysis Plant (Rubber Powder as Feedstock)" product category. The unit employs a continuous feeding and discharging mechanism, making it suitable for the pyrolysis of fine-grained materials such as rubber powder. Compared to batch-type equipment, this continuous system offers distinct advantages in operational stability, throughput capacity, and continuity of operation, effectively meeting the client's requirements for large-scale, steady-state production.
Regarding the process route, the equipment utilizes external heating to induce a pyrolysis reaction in the material inside the drum under oxygen-free or low-oxygen conditions, yielding products such as pyrolysis oil, combustible gas, and carbon black. The combustible gas undergoes purification before being recycled to provide heat for the system; this thermal energy recycling helps reduce external energy consumption. This design approach aligns with the technical expertise the company has accumulated in the field of continuous pyrolysis over recent years.
Installation Progress and On-site Coordination
To date, the foundation acceptance and hoisting/positioning of the main drum, drive unit, heating chamber, and feeding/discharging systems have been successively completed. On-site construction is proceeding with the main structure installed first, followed by auxiliary systems. Upcoming key tasks include piping connections, electrical wiring, thermal insulation installation, and control system commissioning.

Throughout the installation process, the company's technical team maintains close communication with the client's on-site personnel. They verify critical parameters—such as foundation dimensions, equipment leveling, and the alignment accuracy of drive components—to prevent installation deviations from affecting subsequent operational performance. Simultaneously, safety measures and operational protocols are strictly implemented to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during the installation phase.
Subsequent Commissioning and Delivery Schedule
Based on current progress, once installation is complete, the equipment will enter the stages of individual unit commissioning and integrated trial runs. Commissioning activities will include the matching and optimization of parameters such as drum rotation speed, heating temperature, and feed rate, aiming to verify the equipment's stability and product quality metrics under continuous operating conditions. Based on the results of the commissioning process, the company's technical team will conduct targeted training for operators—covering startup procedures, routine inspections, and the handling of common anomalies—to ensure readiness for full-scale production.
This project marks another practical application of the company's continuous waste-tire pyrolysis equipment. In recent years, driven by the growing demand for the treatment of solid waste such as used tires and rubber products, continuous pyrolysis equipment has attracted increasing interest from customers due to its processing efficiency and operational cost-effectiveness. The company remains committed to refining its continuous pyrolysis technology and enhancing its engineering service capabilities, thereby delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific feedstock characteristics and capacity requirements of diverse clients.
