Waste Tire Processing Process
After years of repeated experiments, our company has developed a continuous waste tire pyrolysis equipment with a daily processing capacity of 30-50 tons.
Unlike traditional processes, this process allows for direct and continuous injection of rubber particles into the reactor, eliminating the need for complex pretreatment. The equipment can operate continuously for 30-50 days, stably producing high-quality pyrolysis oil and carbon black, significantly reducing electricity and labor costs and substantially improving project profitability. In the field of waste tire recycling, a complete closed-loop cycle has been put into operation. Waste tires are first shredded into rubber blocks, and steel wires are removed using specialized separation equipment to obtain pure rubber particles. These particles enter the pyrolysis system, where they are pyrolyzed at high temperatures to produce pyrolysis oil and carbon black. The carbon black is further refined and purified to produce recycled carbon black, with performance indicators approaching those of virgin carbon black, which can be reused in new tire production. Once the new tires reach the end of their service life, they re-enter the recycling system, thus achieving a closed-loop material cycle from waste tires to new tires. This model reduces dependence on virgin carbon black while also reducing the environmental pressure caused by waste tire accumulation, providing a feasible path for a green and circular economy in the rubber industry.
