A delegation of Indian clients visited the production workshop and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the manufacturing process of the pyrolysis equipment. At the production site, the clients closely observed the precision machining processes of the core components, the welding quality control procedures, and the automated assembly line, and highly praised the company's standardized production management system.
Technicians provided the client with a detailed explanation of the working principle and technical advantages of the pyrolysis equipment. This equipment employs an anaerobic pyrolysis process, using a closed environment of 300-600℃ to thermochemically process raw materials such as waste tires, plastics, and biomass, converting them into high-value-added products such as pyrolysis oil, combustible gas, and carbon black. Compared to traditional incineration processes, anaerobic pyrolysis technology effectively avoids metal oxidation, achieving highly efficient resource recycling.
During the equipment demonstration, the client focused on examining the operation of the continuous pyrolysis system.
